A leading telecommunication operator is currently looking for a Legal Manager to support their Legal Division in Asia Pacific to support their current business expansion.
Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be working independently on a full range of legal responsibilities. You will be handling a large volume of drafting and legal contracts reviewing. You will be participating in commenting and approving legal documents, negotiation of commercial agreements and contracts; conducting legal research, liaising with external legal counsels. You will also be supervising 2 junior legal assistants.
Requirements:
Our client is looking for a capable Legal Manager, who has gained at least 8 years of relevant experience gained in an in-house environment. You must be very familiar with drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements. The ideal candidate will have experience gained from telecommunication/ construction/ engineering industry. You need to have excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese are a must, including Mandarin and Cantonese. The ideal candidate will be based in Hong Kong currently.
