Job Description
In this role, you will be assisting on all legal matters for the group, including drafting commercial contracts, conducting legal research, providing legal opinion, assisting on M&A projects, supporting all kind of legal work and business and assisting on any ad hoc assignment as well.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must have obtained a Bachelor of Laws and with at least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in legal department, and those experience gained within a listed company would be in advantage. You must be familiar with listing rules and procedures. You will need to have good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin. You must be able to work independently and have good legal drafting, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills. You must also have good commercial sense, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
