Job Description
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Counsel to join this well-known diversified group to further their career. In this role, you will participate in a variety of projects, assist in deals negotiation, drafting and reviewing legal and commercial documents and agreements. You will provide legal advice to the Board of Directors and follow up legal actions.
The successful candidate will posses at least 5 years post-qualification experience, with prior experience gained in leading international law firms or as an in-house legal counsel in sizable company is preferred.
You must have good knowledge of listing rules and have a high level of commercial acumen. You must have good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese language skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
