Job Description
As a Leasing Manager, you will be one of the key drivers in growing and managing key tenants relationship. You are assist in formulating strategic marketing plans and strategies to optimize rental yield and return from the property portfolio. You are also require to prepare budget forecast; ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operations and the best-in-class execution of the designed marketing plans and strategies.
To qualify for this role, you have to be tertiary educated in surveying or real estate related disciplines preferred. Member of HKIS or RICS would be advantage. You will have 10 years solid experience in leasing, with background in retailing or service industry. With more experience candidates will be consider as Senior Manager.
