A new position supporting the Senior Sales Director and the Learning and Development team. Pharma experience would be an advantage for this busy, demanding role. This is an onging Temporary/Contract position.
Administration, calendar management and travel arrangements
Administration support for the Senior Business Account Managers, Sales Force and L&D team
Secure external training venues where required and negotiate the best deal with the vendors
Arrange training materials and communications with delegates for induction training
Support the delivery of L&D workshops, where appropriate, by way of an active attendance in supporting effective administration throughout the programme
Communicate training workshop details to attendees in a timely manner
Uploading and tracking of copy approval for documents created by the teams
Maintenance of data-bases
Raise, track and monitor Purchase Orders, via SAP
Work with the Administration Team by way of attending regular team meetings, sharing of best practice and covering phones when needed

Basic negotiation skills when dealing with suppliers
Polite, assertive and professional telephone manner
High level of computer literacy including Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel and an interest in web based technology
Proven secretarial and administration competence
