The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English and mobile to travel to Suppliers and plants in Western Germany. You will be part of a European Lean Strategy team. Which are collectively responsible for setting the direction for the Lean journey.
You will be able to influence, coach and challenge the Suppliers to implement and drive their future Lean strategy. Implementing systems to achieve targets that deliver real cost benefit. You will be a proven change manager, mentoring Change agents and supporting implementation of the Lean methodologies.
In addition you will run Rapid improvement workshops to give “hands experience” to the Suppliers own Change agents.
