This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us for 12 month maternity cover and help develop our managers leadership skills to ensure our continued success.    You'll work on a variety of projects to support our global growth and work with stakeholders, external consultants and suppliers.  

About the role

As a member of our team of expert Leadership Development Consultants you are right at the heart of that, developing partnerships that enable us to create the right development proposals that will hone our proven abilities.

As part of our small team of consultants, you’ll consult, research and communicate development solutions that meet business and stakeholder needs. Working on a variety of projects to support our global growth, you’ll find yourself evaluating solutions and building relationships with stakeholders, external consultants and suppliers. And working closely with the Senior Leadership Development Consultant, you’ll support the fine-tuning of the learning and development plans and projects that meets our business goals. So whether you’re coaching senior managers one-to-one or facilitating learning, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to show us what you’re made of.

About you

As well as a CTP qualification and BPS Level A and B certification, you’ll need excellent consultancy skills and a thorough understanding of the training cycle. An experienced Learning and Development facilitator, you’ll have a track record of successfully managing Capability and Talent projects. So you’ll be no stranger to developing robust training solutions, internal consultancy and coaching others. Confidently liaising with senior management, you’ll demonstrate excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, working well with staff at all levels of the business.
