Lead Generator / Sales - Southport

 £7 p/h Temporary to Permanent

Award winning business based in Southport require a number of Sales Consultants to an increase in business and a number of new contract wins. These positions are to start ASAP. Interviews are to be held next week with positions then starting the following week.

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:

To generate customer interest in products and services and to transfer that interest to our Sales Consultants. Working against company targets; the job holder must provide good customer service, conversion level and quality leads whilst working in a compliant manner.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • ·        Achieve individual, and team, sales targets
  • ·        Call data provided to generate leads for the sales consultant.
  • ·        Deliver sufficient information to the customers to demonstrate the benefits of purchasing a product through the business
  • ·        Utilise the client information data to maximise conversion and deliver appropriate levels of service.
  • ·        Operate within the requirements of the company T&C policy working compliantly and providing good customer service at all times.
  • ·        Maintain product and market knowledge in order to operate effectively and compliantly.
  • ·        Take personal responsibility for delivering targets set by management.

Skills/Experience required:

  • ·        Business to consumer telesales experience. Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone.
  • ·        Ability to close sales
  • ·        Strong interpersonal skills.
  • ·        Experience of working in a target driven environment.
