With a great reputation in the industry they have sound long term relationships with customers in the public and private sectors and are looking to follow up last years success.
Job Description
Working in a thriving dedicated team consisting of 14 including architects, technicians and a senior layout designer you will produce layout designs, sketch schemes, co - ordinate drawings with other members of the design team and prepare planning documents.
This role requires you to work on over 200 units spread over 7 sites encompassing apartments and houses.
Person Specification
This front end position requires an out an out designer who has gained significant experience of working for a consultancy or housebuilder on schemes in excess of 500 houses per circa.
You’ll hold a sound understanding of the planning polices and be a competent in carrying out site appraisals and formulating design and access statements.
You will be joining a highly skilled team with an established reputation for delivering who are in receipt of a healthy order book from satisfied customers.
Once started you’ll discover a structured career path working out a superb modern central location with excellent rail and road links.
