The company is looking to recruit a hands-on and self motivated Restaurant Kitchen Manager within London. The successful applicant will:

- Have experience in a Kitchen environment

You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in overseeing the smooth day to day running of a high volume operation.
- Overseeing the back of house team ensuring that they are motivated.

- Working front of house on some shifts as and when the business requires
