Job Title: Key Account Manager (Business Travel Agencies OR Travel Trade)
Salary: Up to 40K + Benefits
Location: Thame, Oxford OR Home based
Our client is one of the UK`s fastest growing hotel companies, and they are offering exciting opportunities to be a part of its fast paced field sales operation team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with its various suppliers within the Travel Trade.
The successful candidates will be an enthusiastic account manager with a good understanding of the hospitality and travel industry. You will have the natural ability develop and maintain a professional and positive relationship with the client by taking complete ownership of all aspects of the customer`s requirements.
The roles are travel based, with the head office in Thame, Oxford. Ideally, you will be in the Oxford office one day a week, but strong enough home based applicants are encouraged to apply.
The perfect candidate will have significant experience of hotel sales into, either the Travel Trade ``Leisure`` (i.e UK Short Break, Coach, Sports and Foreign Independent Tour Group markets) or Business Travel Agent market in the UK. Our client is looking for 2 candidates, one in each market. Your CV must reflect strong level of experience in these markets, with proven examples.
You must be results driven, self-motivated with a proven sales ability to network and identify new client opportunities. You will be an excellent negotiator with strong organisational skills to present the clients portfolio to the client using the most appropriate sales message face to face.
