Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Key Commercial Account Manager to work for our client who has several offices within the South East region. This is a busy role that will require someone with excellent relationship management skills with previous experience in a similar role. It will require communication with corporate clients as well as internal departments. You will be responsible for managing a small number of major clients and their relationship with the company. Taking a proactive approach to problem solving will be essential. Please note that this role will involve a lot of travelling within the UK.
The Role
Working as a senior member of the team, this is very much a busy commercial role where you will be responsible for managing your own Key Accounts. You must be capable of building strong relationships and enjoy problem solving. Your duties will include:
- Building and maintaining a strong working relationship with key clients
- Co-ordinate the customer service functions your Key Accounts receive
- Acting as the voice of your client within the company
- Liaising with internal Customer Service departments to ensure Customers expectations are exceeded
The Ideal Candidate
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have experience within a similar role and be able to demonstrate you can build strong customer relationships. You will be a confident communicator and you will be comfortable challenging processes and procedures. If you have experience of working for a service provider or within the insurance industry this will be a distinct advantage.
