Job Description
This is a key position to provide a vital communication link between our key business partners and the Company. Whilst these partners have already achieved a significant level of success, and are effectively running their own business, there is a need for constant and consistent communication and support. We work very closely with them to ensure that they are continuing to make progress.
Leading and managing the Key Relationship Team and driving our relationship building activities with our Key Accounts and specifically our senior independent Associates
• Identify and monitor the “movers and shakers” and provide relevant reports to the Management Team on leaders who are growing their business and those who might need additional support.
• Take responsibility, in close co-operation with the management team for energising, motivating and providing support for these individuals.
• Attend events and meetings
• Establish best practice principles that can be applied to train and mentor the Key Relationship Teams in the different ways that our associates develop their teams and build their business
• Proactively develop relations between the company and our leaders to understand their needs and work with all areas of the business to implement any improvements or resolutions.
• Work in close collaboration with marketing communications to deliver key messages, promote events and training.
Person Specification
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Fluent German and English speaker - additional European language advantageous.
• Experienced and successful Business Development Manager / Account Manager.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Team player with the ability to manage and lead a team of people. (Currently 2 direct reports).
• Credible with gravitas but must is a ‘people person’ with a good sense of humour.
• Self-starter and highly motivated.
• Willing to travel as necessary.
