This highly acclaimed, fine dining restaurant is seeking the talents of an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join its brigade. You will be creating fine British Cuisine using only fresh seasonal ingredients which are bought in fresh daily. To be considered for the role, you must have proven experience within establishments with at least 3 AA Rosettes or 1 Michelin Star as attention to detail for this position is a must.
As Junior Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the head chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. You will also be given the opportunity to learn all the aspects of running a kitchen which would be beneficial as your career progresses. You will be working 8 shifts per week. An attractive salary of £27,000 per annum is available for the right Junior Sous Chef.
