Swim Nursing Team are looking to recruit two Junior Sisters to work in a busy ITU in a private hospital in Central London.

You will be working in a 15 bed Critical Care Unit which is made up of a brand new 10 bed unit and an existing 5 bed unit which is used for short stay intensive care surgical patients.

Requirements:
• Critical Care Qualification
• Clinical Leadership Experience
• Computer Literate

General Responsibility:
• The position involves clinically managing and leading the department
• Providing excellent and up to date critical care nursing
• Communicating with all Consultant users
• Providing Critical Care Outreach support and being a member of the cardiac arrest team
• This position requires candidates with a positive attitude and skills in managing change
