Our client, one of the largest providers of corporate services in the world is seeking a strong graduate (or calibre) candidate with experience in accounting, bookkeeping and admin for their city office.
The company offers a broad range of commercial, legal, tax and administrative services to companies and high net worth individuals.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Build, maintain and develop excellent relationships with national and international clients through attending meetings with clients and intermediaries, and by internal and external networking.
You will assist with acquiring new corporate clients and hold responsibility for contacts with clients and prospects (based both inside and outside of the UK), directly and through intermediary professional advisors (tax lawyers, notary offices, lawyers), with the purpose of developing and managing client transactions.
Your responsibilities involve taking initiative and organizing transactions from a legal and tax point of view, managing the risks involved in such operations.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a number of client companies by managing the general financial, legal, fiscal and compliance aspects to ensure they are in good legal, fiscal and financial standing.
Follow and analyse competitors and relevant (service) developments and trends in markets, and in fiscal, legal and financial areas, taking into account the commercial interests of the group, so as to identify product/service improvement opportunities and signal commercial market opportunities.
Your profile:
Qualification in Law/Economics or a recognised professional diploma in Law.
Experience in accounting, bookkeeping and administration would be highly beneficial.
A strong personality and the ability to interact with all team members to really get things done.
