Job Description
The position will:
• Build on existing REEDs relationships.
• Develop new business accounts by proactively identifying commercial opportunities within your specialist area.
• Grow and maintain a strong talent pipeline within your candidate network using online networking and resourcing tools.
• Work collaboratively with your clients to develop a comprehensive understanding of your client needs.
• Consistently deliver outstanding service levels to both clients and candidates.
• Work with both your candidates and clients to achieve successful placements.
Person Specification
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Ideally 1+ years of recruitment experience (not desired) or some other similar full time working experience in administration, sales support, customer service.
• Be a commercially driven individual who embraces a team based culture.
• Be naturally entrepreneurial and have the ability to thrive in a conceptual sales role.
• Proactive thinker with a detail oriented and creative problem solving.
• Well-developed communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced English language knowledge plus native Czech language.
