My Client, A Global Financial Services business, is looking to hire a Settlements professional into their growing operations division. The successful applicant will be someone with an understanding of Client Services operations that is diligent, meticulous and hard-working. This business is committed to internal progression and mobility of all high achieving staff. The role is based in the North West.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsibility for confirming and agreeing cash flows with clients – resolving any issues that arise.
• Preparation of daily cash flows to tight deadlines
• Dealing with settlements enquiries for clients- internal and external.
• Understanding of Rates products
• Interaction with various different areas of the business
• Process improvement, project work and ad hoc testing work
Key Skills
• 1/2 years experience of having worked in settlements in Banking/Financial services
• A knowledge/understanding of rates products – or credit/FX
• Proven ability to produce tasks in a timely manner to the standard required.
• Strong system skills (especially with Microsoft Office package) highly desirable.
• Effective communicator, articulate, confident and thorough
