Our client, a large international firm is one of the most respected in the world is looking for a bilingual lawyer to join its Corporate Commercial team in Abu Dhabi.
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a junior/mid-level corporate lawyer, who is fluent in Arabic, to join its international corporate practice. An in depth knowledge of UAE law in the general commercial and corporate areas, including commercial contracts, company formation, sale and purchase of businesses, due diligence, employment law and other civil and commercial law is required.
To qualify, you will currently be in the UAE working as a junior corporate lawyer at a major local firm or international firm and looking for a new opportunity.
