Junior Ecommerce Assistant

Fresh are looking for a keen and reliable individual to join the Fresh team within our growing ecommerce business on a 6 month Fixed Term Basis. It is a fast paced environment and work needs to be completed to clear dispatch deadlines and corporate standards. You’ll need to be able to work quickly, as part of a team and using your own initiative. You will need to be confident dealing with customers both over the phone and via email, taking initiative on how to solve problems and keep customers happy.

As Ecommerce Fulfilment Assistant you will fulfil orders through picking and packing orders and managing stock. Following procedures, you will ensure orders are processed to the highest standards as well as responding to all consumer queries in a timely, professional and confident manner.

Essential duties and requirements:

  • Printing daily orders from Demandware
  • Using multiple pieces of software to complete orders, action refunds and investigate fraudulent activity
  • Accurately picking Fresh stock to fulfil the order, adding relevant samples & promotional materials where appropriate
  • Packing the order according to Fresh Corporate standards
  • Preparing the order ready for Dispatch, including logging onto Royal Mail and updating Demandware with tracking details
  • Log, track and manage customer service enquiries
  • Monitor inventory level of supplies, highlighting any low levels
  • Completing tracking reports to assist with stock orders for ecommerce, returns, and daily output
  • Handling all customer queries from returns, cancellations, refunds, email unsubscribes and directing queries to the relevant team members
  • Handling marketing and sampling send outs ad hoc to support campaigns

Key competencies:

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent accuracy and numeracy skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and self-directed
  • Ability to adapt quickly within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Team working abilities
  • Familiarity with Demandware, a plus
  • Sense of humor and strong work ethic are a must
  • Previous customer service experience, a plus

Location : Central London (Marylebone High Street )

Duration : 6 month FTC

Hours: 8am - 4.30pm
