Our Client is looking to recruit a Junior Analyst to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity which offers the chance to develop analysis and design skills in a challenging business environment, whilst providing 1st line support for the company’s three key business systems Microsoft AX2009,PTC Windchill PDM Link packages and with backup support for the SharePoint 2007.
Key Responsibilities:
? Providing user support for Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 (ERP) system and the PTC Windchill PDM Link systems.
? Responsibility for developing and implementing processes/procedures necessary to maintain the databases and related systems used with the ERP system
? Working with users at a variety of levels, as well as in a protective partnership with colleagues in application team
? Producing creative and technical solutions to deliver real benefits to the business.
Personal specification
? IT degree or an equivalent of IT training.
? SQL 2008 database experience
? Knowledge of the project and software lifecycle and modern analysis/development technologies
? A good understanding of development methodologies
? Customer focussed and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely are essential skills.
? Experience and business focus, with strong interpersonal skills
?Self-motivation and the ability to deliver a high level of customer support
Previous work experience within analysis and design as part of a degree or placement would be desirable but not essential.
