Java Developer

Java Developer with advanced Java/J2EE (to include Spring & Web Services) application development experience gained within Agile test driven development (TDD) environments required by high profile blue chip client to play a lead hands-on role on this major programme of work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for stepping in where required to assist with development across components whilst also being the key gatekeeper as far as ensuring functional quality is concerned. Other key responsibilities will include advising & mentoring the rest of the team with regards to QA.as well as building & maintaining Selenium & integration test frameworks. Given the Agile nature of the project & the lead nature of this position, any previous experience of acting in a Scrum Master (or stand in Scrum Master) role would be advantageous. Further experience of LDAP & Oracle Fusion BPEL would also be useful but this is by no means essential.
