Job Title: Japanese Speaking Translator

Our client is urgently searching for a Japanese Speaking Translator. You will be mainly working on the Translations of documentation and emails and will be supporting both external partners as well as internal contacts. You will also be responsible for interpreting at meetings, conferences and events. Main Tasks: *The bulk of your work in this position will be the translation of materials (documentation and emails) both into and from Japanese
*Providing translation support for technical teams and for the wider Support Services Department
*Answering in depth enquiries
*Sending status reports to key stakeholders regularly
*Interpreting conversations and meetings face to face when necessary
*Providing a cultural insight to local staff
*Dealing with senior management both on site and in different branch locations. Requirements:
* Excellent Japanese to mother tongue level as well as English
* Proven translation experience ideally in an in-house position
* Excellent Microsoft office (MS Word, Project, Excel and Lotus Notes)
* Any translation software or CAT tools experience is a distinct advantage
