Reed Singapore are looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a recruiter in the IT./technology sector.
Reed is a $1.5bn a year business, with offices in 14 countries and over 3,000 employees. In Singapore we focus on the mid-senior professional market across multiple disciplines, to considerable success. Since our inception 5 years ago, we have doubled in size every year despite difficult economic times and are continuing to expand in the region.
Job Description
Our IT/Technology team is our most experienced and largest team and has the need for a new consultant to take over some of the workload. This would involve managing technical roles for IT/Telco companies within Singapore.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in IT recruitment or less with the balance made up by previously working in the industry. You must have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Application and SAP technologies as well as a sound understanding of how such candidates fit into an organisation. A knowledge of the Singaporean recruitment market would be a distinct advantage.
Person Specification
You must also be fully capable as a 360 degree recruiter with the capacity to drive your own business development and the drive to succeed in a competitive marketplace. As Reed is a one-stop-shop for many potential clients with multiple specialists in the office, you must be a true team player and be willing to both give and receive leads and work for the success of the office as a whole.
Reed will be willing to provide limited assistance in the relocation of excellent candidates.
