 We are looking for IT Technician Support

A Windows, XP, 7, AD, Servers, Exchange, SQL IT Technician is required for this new and exciting role! Supporting a local user base of about 100 staff you will be the dedicated support contact to all junior and senior staff for their software, systems, hardware, network and application issues. 

Working from a helpdesk where tickets are recorded and routed through email the Windows, XP, 7, AD, Servers, Exchange, SQL IT Technician will be supporting users on the phone, by email and face to face. The Windows, XP, 7, AD, Servers, Exchange, SQL IT Technician will also be reporting to an Executive Director and will be responsible for supporting the companies IT Infrastructure.

To be successful for the role the Windows, XP, 7, AD, Servers, Exchange, SQL IT Technician will be a confident communicator who is able to "think on their feet" and provide solutions to a demanding user base. Your technical skills will include 

* Windows / XP / 7 
* Active Directory
* Servers 
* Exchange 
* SQL
