IT Technical Support Analyst – Position Overview
Our client is a leading insurance company based in Reading. Their continued growth and expansion has led to the need for four more technical support specialists to join their highly skilled existing team of 10.

IT Technical Support Analyst -Duties and responsibilities
The scope of the position is wide and varied and you will have a number of responsibilities within each of the following key areas:
• Fault management
• Computer room and print management
• Hardware and software support
• Systems security and recovery
• Compliance
IT Technical Support Analyst – Person Specification
To be considered for this vacancy you must be able to offer previous experience of providing support in an IT environment. Ideally you will offer experience of most, if not all of the skills below:
Windows XP/7, Windows Server 2003/2008, Networking, Cisco switches/routers Active Directory, Exchange 2003/2007/2010, Symantec Backup Exec, SQL Server, VmWare / VSphere, Software Packaging, Monitoring tools such as MS SCOM, MS SCCM, Blackberry/Smartphone configuration.
You will be adaptable and a good team player with the ability to communicate effectively at all
levels. You should be flexible as you will be required to work different shift patterns (7:30am-7:30pm on rotation)
