The Microsoft - IT Systems & Networking apprenticeship combines several weeks of QA training in Centre in Microsoft systems and technologies with a full time job from the start of your apprenticeship. When your programme ends, you’ll be qualified, with a year of work experience and in a great position to build your career in IT further.

We recruit for the following roles:

• First line/helpdesk support
• Junior network support
• ICT technician
• Systems administrator

We supply IT apprenticeships for the following companies:

• British Gas
• Sky BSB
• Cisco
• Atos
• Capgemini & Many more.

During your training, you will study the following certifications:

• Microsoft Certified Technology Specalist (MCTS) in Windows 7 Configuration.
• Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 1
• SVQ Level 3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence

Plus you’ll also learn general professional development and communications skills through work-based training and assessments.

Entry Requirements for a Modern Apprenticeship:

• 5 Standard grades at level 1-3 or equivalent, Including Maths and English.
• Between the ages of 16-19
• A passion/Interest in IT
