Our highly reputable client is looking for an experienced Support/Report Analyst to provide high quality support to end users.
Job Description
This role will require you to act as first point of contact to all end users and maintain their internal systems. In addition to this you will be involved in basic helpdesk and telephony support, working with group IT to aid implementing their CRM system (Mircosoft Dynamics) and have an input into their IT budget, asset management and general management procedures, including data analyst and writing reports using Crystal Reports.
Person Specification
To be successful you will need to have proven experience with 2nd line support, be experienced in Microsoft products such as Window XP/ Windows Server 2003/2008 and Crystals Reports. You will also need to have a good knowledge of remote support, HP Network and working with iphones/ipads. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual.
