IT Support

You will be looking for an 1st/2nd Line IT Technician with 1-2 year's experience, who would relish the opportunity to work and develop their skills with a new start-up venture and this is an ideal opportunity for the right person to not only grow and develop individually but to be involved with helping to grow the business over the next 5 years.

Initially this role will be offered as a x3 month (Part Time) contract but will lead to a permanent full time position within the first 12 months.

Essential:

- Customer Support experience Remote support and onsite customer facing
- Excellent Communication skills
- Be able to work under own initiative
- Good time management
- Office 2003-2010
- Various Microsoft OS (XP, Vista, Win7)
- PC hardware maintenance/setup (Desktop and Laptop)
- Mobile devices (iOS, Android, Blackberry)
- Full Driving licence

Desirable:

- Windows Server and OS
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- Kaseya
- Scripting

You will need to be based in the Teesside area; will initially be home based with travel to client sites being required as well as providing remote support to end users.
Hours

The hours of operation are Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00
