Job Title: IT Support Technician, London
Salary: £19,000 - £25,000
My Client requires a 1st line desktop technician to support over 1200 users within a leading IT Support company. This will involve providing first class customer service and helping the team achieve a rapid turn around on all technical issues. The IT Support Engineer position plays a pivotal role in the successful delivery of IT Services to our clients. The IT Support Technician will seek specialist knowledge and escalate tickets to 2nd line, 3rd line and specialist engineering teams where necessary.
You will be an IT graduate with a minimum of a 2:2 in an IT related discipline with excellent communication skills and a strong drive to progress your IT career. In return you will receive first class training and a competitive salary in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
