We now wish to recruit

I.T. Support Technician                               based in Newcastle, Staffordshire
3 month fixed term contract                                   Salary circa £20k p.a. (pro rata)           

We are seeking a temporary experienced I.T. Support Technician to work within a small team. 

This role will include:

Installing and configuring computers to the Company standard
Assisting in the day to day running of the I.T. Help Desk offering technical support to users with various software programs.
Supporting and troubleshooting any Hardware, Software, Access, Windows, profile issues, domain support and applications issues.

You should have proven experience in a similar role with advanced knowledge of Windows 7 and MS Office 2010. Strong experience of supporting users across a variety of applications essential. You must be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills and be able to work
