IT Support / Floorwalker - South West London

A temporary role has been developed within our client's Children's Social Care to provide additional in-house expertise of Integrated Children's System ICS.

The post holder will provide support to social care staff through floor walking and training and liaising with social care managers and practitioners, and with super users. This will be an important role in assisting the service to optimise ICS capability in order that an effective, efficient service is provided to the public.

The post holder will also refresh and distribute a series of weekly management information reports.
