The role will be the first point of contact for any issues within the Group and therefore the role will cover a wide range of skills and the ability to learn and adapt quickly. Due to the nature of our businesses and clients, professionalism and confidentiality are equally as important as the technical skills. This is an excellent opportunity, offering any candidate the opportunity to work in a fast paced and highly technical environment using some of the latest technologies.
Person Specification
Key Responsibilities:
1. Management, maintenance, upgrade & support of all desktop / laptop and server systems
2. PC and laptop setup & configuration using Windows XP / Vista / 7 etc.
3. Management of all Group Company data backup
4. Liaising with 3rd party software suppliers to find fault resolution, installing software updates and patches
5. 1st line Software support of all user systems
6. Active Directory Maintenance & Group Policy
7. E-Mail Management
8. Other IT Duties
Essential Skills Requirements:
Windows Server 2003 – 2008
Windows SBS 2008
Windows XP – 7 Professional
Exchange 2007 & 2010
Active Directory
TCP/IP

Desirable Skill Requirements:

Job Details:
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: dependent on skills and experience; excellent benefits package
Location: Willing to travel on a regular basis between office locations within London
