Very Established Financial Company with multiple offices across the UK and Europe are recruiting for an additional experienced IT Support Engineer within their team at Swavesey in Cambridgeshire.
This is a great role for a person to utiles their excellent 2nd Line Support Experience looking to gain further exposure at 3rd Line level. my client provides a teraining and development plan.
IT Support Engineer - 2nd / 3rd Line Support
Salary - £26,000 - £28,000 + Benefits
The role is to support the approx 600 users across the UK with strong 2nd Line support, whilst also assisting with 3rd Line Project and Support work.
This is great opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer with broad exposure to technology with varied responsibilities from 1st line through to 3rd Line Project Work
You will have proven project work experience with the ability to find solutions to business needs, Excellent communication skills and ability to support users effectively is essential.
Key Skills - Candidates must have at least 5, one of which must be Citrix.

Key Responsibilities
Systems monitoring.
Supporting Users on both hardware and Software applications
Administer backups and restores
Maintain security infrastructure
Administer Active Directory including Group Policies
Administer and monitor Virtual server infrastructure
Monitor SAN storage environment
Assist with build of new servers
Administer Citrix Farm
Build, Maintain Dell and HP Desktops, Laptops
Support Blackberries
Network trouble shooting, TCP/IP and general WAN/ LAN trouble shooting
