IT Recruitment Consultant/Team Leader - London
To £40k base + guarantee + commission on all billings
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT recruitment consultant to join a highly profitable, privately owned IT recruitment consultancy in a team leading capacity.
Our client covers a number of vertical markets within IT recruitment and is looking for an experienced IT recruitment consultant to lead and develop its team which specialises in the software development sector.
The company prides itself on its transparency and offers genuine career paths to directorships for its successful IT recruitment consultants. The current directors have all worked their way up in the organisation and the company’s hires this year will form part of its future leadership team.
To be of interest you will be an experienced IT recruitment consultant who views recruitment as a career choice, not just an opportunity to make a fast buck. You will preferably have experience in the software development recruitment market, ideally .net, and be able to demonstrate a successful track record of billings, preferably in the contract market.
In return for your efforts the company is happy to pay a base salary in the region of £40k, offer a generous guarantee and also a commission structure that has no threshold that pays out on all billings.
