James Chase Solutions is currently looking for a IT Operations Manager for one of our successful London based clients. We need a passionate and articulate candidate to support Senior IT Management in running core areas of the IT Operations function.

Main Duties

  • Ensure 24/7 availability of all websites and eCommerce applications and meeting all agreed SLA’s
  • Implement and support the integration of new initiatives and projects within the production server / application environment.
  • Ensure that comprehensive and resilient infrastructure across all technologies is maintained

The successful candidate will have excellent experience working within a technical operations environment and have strong knowledge in Linux, Oracle OR SQL Server and Windows. Knowledge of Virtualisation would be highly advantageous.
