IT Manager / Technical Support Engineer. A footwear company based in Honiton is looking for an IT Manager / Technical Support Engineer to join the business.

The IT Manager / Technical Support Engineer will lead the IT department and assist the senior team with strategic direction and inspiration to grow sales and increase productivity through the IT Manager remit.

The IT Manager / Technical Support Engineer will be a hands on IT generalist with skills and experience in Microsoft Server and Exchange and will have a Microsoft qualification. The IT Manager / Technical Support Engineer will need networking infratructure skills, TCP/IP, IP addressing and subnets, LAN, WAN, VPN, routers and switches, Windows Server 2003 / 2008, Active Directory, Exchange 200, DCHP, DNS, WINS, IIS, Domain Security Policies and GPOs, Backup Exec, WSUS, Microsoft Office support, XP, WIN VNC and Domain Management experience.

 The IT Manager / Technical Support Engineer will also be exposed to Visual FoxPro so ideally will have FoxPro skills or be happy to acquire them.

The IT Manager / Technical Support Engineer will work from the Honiton office, salary £30-35k depending on experience.
