Helpdesk administrator – 16k The opportunity has arisen for a helpdesk administrator from an IT background to join a thriving company in Chorley. The position has arisen due to continued growth of the business and therefore a higher demand on the current team. The purpose of the position is to support the field engineers including; Troubleshooting irregularities within the system remotely System reconfiguration System alignment A calm and patient disposition is essential as well and excellent communication skills. You will be proficient in using computers and have prior telephone based helpdesk experience. 20 days holiday rising 1 for each year of employment to a maximum of 25
