Experienced Development Managers are invited to apply to join a fast growing organisation in Glasgow.
The role:
Build, develop and lead a development team
Project Management
Deliver engaging, informative and well-organized presentations
Weekly/Monthly reporting
Develop requirements, user stories and features
Identify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change
The Development Manager will report directly to the CEO and be a member of the senior management team.
To qualify for this role, candidates will:
Demonstrable experience of managing a team of developers
Recruited and built up a software development team from the beginning
Implemented Agile successfully and fully versed in all Agile processes and process measurement
Have provided input into Product Management and developed Product Roadmaps
Be skilled at developing specifications, user stories and resultant product features
Be passionate and will strive to push the business forward.
Technologies:
Java 1.5,1.6
Java based XML technologies
Windows
Linux/Unix
SQL database skills
