Swim Professional Team are looking to recruit an IT Business Analyst to work in the Customer Solutions & Innovations Division at Northampton County Council. This is a 3 month, ongoing, full time position.
You must have the following experience:
• Experience as a IT Business Analyst
• Experience of transformation projects, process convergence, how to handle resistance to change, extracting and interpreting customer requirements, HR & Finance processes
• IT system experience
• Local Government experience is essential
• Working with HR and Finance department
• Options identification & evaluation
• Processing Mapping
• Requirements Capture & Documentation
• Project brief and all initial work around a project
You will need the following qualifications:
• System skills essential - Visio
