Our client is a Cambridge based global software provider and one of the fastest growing most successful midsize UK PLCs. They provide innovative software solutions to global vertical markets with an established geographical presence across EMEA, Asia Pac and The Americas.
To support their continued growth we are now seeking to appoint a Business Analyst to join the newly created business systems team. This team is focussed on ensuring that the infrastructure, process and systems are in place to support this growth and ensure that the business is commercially robust and well positioned for sustainable and scalable growth.
The technology change roadmap needs to support a commonly understood and documented end to end business process map. The IT Business Analyst will deliver and maintain this business process map as well as tightly defining project scope and solutions documentation within the overall technology change roadmap.
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Demonstrable track record of achieving significant and measurable business improvement/benefit and overall efficiencies through business change
- A minimum of three years experience in process mapping and technology business analysis with multiple simultaneous projects
- Demonstrable experience of process mapping and solution scoping to support customer relationship and financial processes.
- Demonstrable requirements documentation experience including functional, interface and non-functional specifications
- Demonstrable track record in delivering output on time, to budget and acceptable quality standards
- Demonstrable technology mockup skills
- Experience in explaining technical concepts to non-technical business representatives
- Demonstrable workshop facilitation skills
