Job Title: IT Analyst - Developer

Location: Market Drayton

Reporting to: Senior Business Analyst

IT Analyst - Developer required on permanent basis for well established leader in the logistics market. Based at our Market Drayton depot you will report to the Senior Business Analyst.

Key responsibilities will include:

-      A high level of expertise defining, analysing and implementing solutions for business requirements with a established core technical IT skills -Databases (SQL Server, Oracle), Data Warehousing, Reporting Tools such as Crystal Reports.

-      Taking ownership and responsibility for all activities (project, continuous improvement and support) with in their field of responsibility ensuring end to end service to business.

-      Business Analysis, Design and Development.

-      Service Support.

-      Service Delivery & Availability.

-      Project Delivery.

-      Technical Skill Expertise and Development.

-      Service Management, Process Maturity and Compliance.

Skills & Competencies:

-      2 application experience within Logistics/ FMCG environment.

-      Degree IT/ similar or Professional Qualification, including further technical qualifications.

-      Demonstrates good written and verbal communication, being effective and persuasive in presenting technical issues.

-      Ability to organise self and others.

-      Ability to deal effectively, with highest standards of professional behaviour with colleagues, managers and business users.

-      Demonstrate a logical, systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem analysis and solving.

-      Good coordination and administrative skills.

-      Has knowledge of technical specialism, 1 year or more.

Salary up to £32.5k per annum plus benefits depending on experience.
