The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for supporting key stakeholders within the business to board level in the evaluation, analysis and subsequent pre and post implementation reviews of major capital investment decisions. The role will require you to
provide relevant financial information and control framework including services to all existing business units within the group by optimizing effectiveness and efficiency at all times. This responsibility will cover internal capital expenditure investments or external mergers and acquisitions or joint venture opportunities.The ideal candidate will currently be in a similar role with a significant history of assessing major capital investment or working as a financial
controller potentially in a food/ FMCG or construction environment with a history of transactional services in a big4 setting.

Essential Requirements

A min of 10 years experience operating in a result focused commercial environment with a turnover in excess of $300 million

A verifiable track record of assessing capital investments including M&A and JV’s

Degree holder with a professional accounting qualification CA, ACCA, ACA
