Worldwide multinational Insurance firm, with a truly global reach and a reputation for excellence, has a newly created vacancy for an Operations Manager to lead a department providing client processing and administrations services to the organisation on a global scale.
Reporting to the Global Head of Client Processing, you will be responsible for the ownership, development and continuous improvement of all administrative processes, meeting customer, client and broker requirements and monitoring/reporting on service standards, KPIs, SLAs and other performance benchmarks.
This is a crucial role for the organisation and as such the successful Operations Manager / Processing Manager MUST HAVE:
*Strong experience of Operations Management in the Insurance industry - ESSENTIAL
*Experience of managing administration and processing services in the Insurance industry - ESSENTIAL
*Experience of managing admin operations ON A GLOBAL SCALE - HIGHLY DESIRABLE
*Experience of managing admin operations ON AN INTERNATIONAL SCALE - ESSENTIAL
*Experience of team/departmental management, including 121s, appraisals, disciplinaries etc
