Avanti Recruitment is working on behalf of an award-winning value-added distributor who has a channel-only model with a specific focus on delivering market growth for its vendor and reseller partners. They are urgent looking for a Renewals Team Leader who will be responsible for creating and maintaining lasting relationships between themselves and valuable customers. You will work closely with their manager and team members to ensure that targets are reached, making sure the customer inbound queries are constantly managed during working hours by their team members and that they identify new customers into the sales renewal process. You will be responsible for renewing maintenance contracts by being supportive and consulting major customers until they are satisfied with the service and solutions given to them and they must use the feedback of customers to improve products and services to ensure that targets are met. To apply for this exciting role you must be able to demonstrable Team Leader experience with a proven track record in driving and managing KPI activity. You also be decisive, self motivated, enthusiastic, have the ability to manage your time efficiently and possess excellent communicational skills both verbally and written and of course be able to demonstrate the ability to manage the sales cycle, maximize sales opportunities, cross sell, close deals, negotiate contracts and forecast sales opportunities.
