The Company - Our Client:
Our client is part of a national independent network that was established due to specific customer demand. Each organisation has the full backing and support of the global parent organisation and exclusively sells their quality products and services, including calls and lines packages, internet and e-business solutions, mobile phones and tariffs, phone and data solutions.

The Role - Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Call proactively across the customer base selling our clients products and services to deliver sales targets
• Engage the client at Decision Maker level in business debate to identify and qualify solution opportunities and fuel the field sales specialists with high quality leads.
• Account manage your customer base, keeping up to date with market and business trends including competitor activities, understanding developments for the client and identifying new and emerging business opportunities.
• Constructively work as part of one sales team, sharing ideas, knowledge and resources to help build a first class sales force.
• Utilise our client`s resources and their brand to achieve results for the business and for the customer.
• Contribute positively to your own personal development through participation in coaching, training, and job shadowing

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of 1 years telesales experience in telecoms or related field
• Experience of telephone based new business development (outbound, cold calling etc.)
• Ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Ability to develop effective customer solutions
• A respectful customer approach
• Contribution to the success of the Company
• Persistence in overcoming disappointment
• Focus and drive to meet minimum targets consistently
• Effective pipeline management
• A mindset that hard work leads to best results
• An effective plan to achieve results
• Openness to learn with good listening skills
• "Right first time" order processing

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook

The Package : What You Could Earn:
• Basic Salary £15,000
• Realistic OTE of £30,000
• Uncapped commission
• Minimum of 28 days holiday (inc. bank holidays)
