My Client is looking for an Internal Sales Engineer to join their team on a Permanent basis.
Produce quotations and support documentation for a variety of products having discussed the requirements with the customer by telephone or e-mail. Products are mainly mechanical and are used in the oil storage and gas storage industries.
The Role:
Calling established customers and prospective customers to raise new enquiries, discussing customer requirements with other company personnel to establish the correct products to offer.
Preparing quotations and following up quotations to close sales. On occasions it may be necessary to visit customers to present quotations and to discuss the project.
Produce quotations for a variety of products to commercial oil storage companies and other companies involved in the storage of fuels, chemicals and the transport of fuel through pipe systems.
The Person:
Candidates must be able to talk confidently with potential customers about products in the company’s portfolio.
All candidates must have a mechanical background and a reasonable knowledge of pipe systems including the flow of liquid and gas in pipe systems.
They must also have good English language and be computer literate in particular MS Word and Excel.
The Package:
The position is permanent 40 hours a week.
Training in the products will be given to the successful candidate.
Salary structure will depend on experience and qualifications.
