Internal Sales & Customer Service Executive £14-£16k Grantham

HotProspects are working with a leading manufacturing business based in Grantham. Due to expansion and a recent promotion, a positon has become available for an Internal Sales and Customer Service Executive.

Based out of the Grantham newly refurbished office, you will be resonsible for the following;

- answering the telephone to deal with customer enquiries

- generating quotations based on stock availability

- developing your knowledge of their products so you can talk to prospective clients with more confidence

- following up sales leads from the wesbite and emails and convert them into sales

- ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

- be highly organised and use the internal systems to manage your daily tasks

- be personable and outgoing

- be a team player

- able to take responsibility

In return you will be paid a basic salary between £14 - £16,000 and be eligable to a number of benefits (including an annual bonus)
