Internal Sales and Customer Service

 We are currently recruiting for an established packaging company in Leicester and they are looking or an internal sales and customer service person to join them on a permanent basis.

This position will be office based and you will be responsible for looking after an existing account base.

You will be required to making contract with existing customers to build relationships and identify any potential business.
Process new orders
Send out sample products to customers
Interacting with the customer from start of the order through to the end, making regular contact.
Booking appointment for the field sales representative.

The ideal applicant will have previous internal sales/account management experience. You must have a pleasant and professional telephone manner and be able to build and maintain client relationships. It is essential that you have strong computing skills and knowledge of sage would be advantageous.
