Our client is a provider of innovative solutions for clinical and scientific companies worldwide and is currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Administrator to support the European Sales and Marketing department.
You will have proven success of managing accounts, providing a high level of customer service and show results to prove this. You will have the ability to build trust with your clients and maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
Based on the outskirts of Cambridge, this position is suited to a candidate who lives within easy distance of the Cambridge City Centre.
General Responsibilities include:
- Handing enquiries, incoming orders, complaints and order management
- Working closely with the regional Sales Manager to implement sales plans
- Account management of key accounts
- Proactively contacting new and existing customers to establish their needs or set up appointments
- Market research including customer satisfaction surveys
- Quoting repeat business
- Entering and maintaining customer orders accurately onto the database
ESSENTIAL IT SKILLS:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Powerpoint
The successful candidate will come from a sales/account management or customer service background - THIS IS AN ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT.

Ideally you will come from a manufacturing/medical or technical background and will have a full drivers licence with access to a vehicle.
